Successfully launched a number of businesses in a range of sectors including Technology, HNW Lifestyle Management, Digital Healthcare and Renewable Energy respectively. Provided advice and fund-raising services to various businesses over the last 10 years, including as an FCA Authorised entity for asset finance and peer to peer business funding.

Craig RG Wallace

Craig is a globally recognized leader in private capital and fund management, with deep experience in the areas of Investment Banking, Private Equity and Private Placement. Throughout his career, he has lived and worked in Brisbane, Melbourne, Singapore, London and Hong Kong where he was based for approximately 25 years. He is currently based in London.

Craig has over 30 years of capital markets experience having held senior positions in leading firms, Investment Banks and Private Equity Companies, including Cushman & Wakefield (senior group managing director), Clarion Capital (managing director), the Macquarie Group (managing director) and MGPA (now Blackrock) (managing director & global head of capital markets) and Spearhead Capital Partners (CEO).

Craig is currently also President of Amancap Capital Management, Inc. a private company engaged in investment in private and public equity & credit and asset lending. He is a co-founder and director of Eaton Square Capital Limited, a Vancouver based private non-bank lender, a member of the Advisory board of Modern Meat, a publicly traded plant-based food business, where he advises on global M&A, and a nonexecutive director of Orion Pacific Mortgage, a Vancouver based non-bank lending business.

Sarwar Ahmad

Sarwar is a corporate, structured finance and investment professional with over 30 years’ experience in investment banking, M&A, structured finance, and direct investment as principal (equity and debt), having completed over US$30 billion of financial transactions globally.  

 Sarwar has an extensive background in Real Assets (real estate, infrastructure, energy), and specialist finance (Consumer, SME, and Corporate direct lending) platforms. Previously CFO for global energy investment platform, and Head of Corporate Finance for a boutique investment management and advisory firm.  Earlier career with Lehman Brothers (Real Assets Principal Investments), HSBC (Head of Structured Capital Markets), Merrill Lynch, Nomura Principal Finance and Bankers Trust.

 Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering from Imperial College, London and completed the Leadership in Business Program at London Business School.
